We want you to be happy with your order. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 14 days of deliveryso we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns are accepted for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. To request a return or refund, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue 📸

As many of our items are made to order, personalised or custom shirts are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or we have made an error with your order.

Once your return has been approved and the item has been received, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider 💳
